These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyTarotSpin.com (the "Site"), operated by Brand Exchange LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, buying credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Entertainment only

DailyTarotSpin provides tarot card readings for entertainment purposes only. Readings, card meanings and interpretations are not predictions of the future and are not statements of fact. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional advice, and they are not a substitute for it. Do not make important decisions about your health, relationships, money, or safety based on a reading. We make no claim that any reading is accurate or will come true.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact local emergency services, or in the United States call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information, including a working email address, and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

4. How spins work

Each "spin" of the Wheel of Fate draws three cards at random from a standard 78-card tarot deck, shuffled on our servers, and may include a written interpretation. A spin is a way of choosing cards for your reading. Spins never award money, prizes, or anything of monetary value, and no result is better or worse than another. DailyTarotSpin is not a game of chance or a gambling service.

5. Credits

• Credits are purchased in packs and are used to pay for spins and optional extras such as printable keepsake readings. Current prices are shown on the pricing and purchase pages before you pay.
• Credits are a license to use features of the Site. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
• Free credits given at sign-up or in promotions may carry their own conditions and may expire.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains open. If your account is closed for a violation of these Terms, unused credits are forfeited.

6. Subscriptions

• A subscription gives you a daily allowance of spins for as long as it is active, as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your Account page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
• We may change subscription prices. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown, plus any applicable taxes. We do not see or store your full card number. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

8. All sales are final

Because credits and readings are digital content delivered immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law and except for the situations described in our Refund Policy (such as duplicate charges or billing errors). If you are a consumer in a country that gives you a right to withdraw from digital purchases, you agree that the content is supplied immediately on purchase and acknowledge that you lose that right once it is supplied.

9. AI-generated readings

Written interpretations are generated with the help of artificial intelligence based on your cards and, if you provide them, your question and sun sign. AI-generated text can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. It reflects no special knowledge about you or your future. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health details or account numbers) in your questions.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Site; try to access other people's accounts or our systems; use bots, scripts, or automated means to create accounts, spin, or collect content; abuse promotions or free credits; resell readings or Site content commercially; or use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm anyone or to break any law.

11. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos, software, and readings we generate are owned by or licensed to Brand Exchange LLC. You may keep, print, and share your own readings and keepsakes for personal, non-commercial use. The tarot card illustrations are the classic 1909 artwork by Pamela Colman Smith, which is in the public domain.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and all readings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brand Exchange LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Brand Exchange LLC against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, involve fraud or chargeback abuse, or put the Site or other users at risk.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where it qualifies.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new Terms here with a new "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
